113A. Water meter rent. Rent for water meters installed in quarters occupied by any officer entitled to free quarters is paid by the Government, unless the officer holds a senior superscale post.

113B.-Removals. An officer may have his effects removed from one tenement to another by the Stores Departinent without charge if he is required so to remove by the Government and either he is entitled to free quarters or is moving for the purposes of his work.
